What is a good camera that I can start a photography business mostly banquet events and the prices?
Starting out in the photography business I start my classes in January but I want an idea now…thanks
I would suggest a “pro-sumer” camera at the least. Something like a Canon 7D ($1700) or 5D ($2500) or the Nikon D700 ($2400)
IMO…I would also be saving up for the other equipment you will need ( lenses and flash/diffuser/battery pack).
You will need good quality “fast” lenses (the lower the f/stop number, the “faster” it is by allowing more light into a camera). Talk to different wedding photographers to see what they use for receptions.
