I want a good photo software where I can upload photos and set up. One of the main things I want in the software is splashes of color. Thanks for helping (:

Hello, at the request of his 'Upload' I take it you mean online. There is a new site called Aviary open the guys who created worth1000.com. It has 4 different publishers, of which I am sure at least one will be more than adequate. I hope this helps.
