Best WordPress Photography Sites
What is the best way to make a simple website with a clickable graphic on the front page?
I don’t have any experience making websites, so I don’t even know the right language to use in describing my question, but here’s what I want -
I want a simple website where I can display my writing and photography and a blog. I want the front page to be a simple graphic – like a banner – that can be clicked on to get to the other areas of the site – i.e., it’s a long picture, you click here for photos, here for blog, here for contact.
Can this be done in something like WordPress? Or do I need to use a website builder? If that’s the case, any advice as to the best one?
Is it possible to have a front page in wordpress that is just clean, with just one graphic using this image mapping to link to the other pages of the site?
For an image to be used with links, it has to be made into an image map for the link hot spots. These are free online image map makers…
