How to form a California business with Liabilty protection?
I am looking to start a business in California in the Los Angeles area. I deal with the photography, and graphic designs that have lots of nudity in them. This is a second job for me, I have a fulltime job already. I like to form a business that wiill protect my assests, car, home, etc. I am the only owner of the company. What is better to form and cheaper LLC or INC?
If I form INC In Calafornia, do I, can I do it as a single owner, and not have annaual meetings that hole stock thing?
It is better to form an Inc. Because if you form an LLC, your income and expenses will be reported on your personal taxes and sex sells so therefore I wouldn’t form an LLC. unless you want to pay alot of money to the government.
