Editing photos, free software?
Are there any free software where I can edit pictures to look like this: http://sgc.b5media.com/digital-photography-school.com/wp-content/uploads/2006/12/black-and-white- color-1.jpg where only a part of it is the color and the rest is in black and white. I know Photoshop does this, but I wondered if there was any free software in the I could do this or a website. Thank you! : D
Picnik, FotoFlexer or Lunapic are great all round web-based editing tools for FREE. Adobe, creators the expensive Photoshop, now has a website version of Photoshop Express free. If you need / want more features download GIMP is a great options. Remains free, but you have to download the software. There are also free tools to add text blurbs to make collages, to put your picture on other images. There are a set of tools that let you put the image of a face in photos of some fun creations.
