For example, you will not need to spend one hundred dollars on gear you will not use.
So, what are good choices of wedding photography packages? If money is not an issue, that consider upgrading your out of date equipment. Tripods, digital cameras, carrying bags, and straps are a few good examples to consider upgrading. If your business is mostly outside, carry umbrellas, heavy duty gear cases that are waterproof, and jackets. If indoors, have bags with wheels built into them, that way is will be less of a pain to carry a lot of weight around. Again, all this will depend on you and the way you do your business. If money is an issue, purchase only what you need, not what you want. Basic tripod, carry bag, and camera will do. The point is to save and gain money, not burn your wallet.
Just remember not to stress over this. What you should care about is how your photos will turn out in the long run, not what is the best tripod to have.
