Could a photography student to use a loan to buy a camera?

I go to a community college for an Associate Degree in Communications with a concentration in photography. Can I get money enough to buy a Canon 5D Mark II? ~ $ 3,000. I intend to use it for everything school. How do I obtain loans or grants for the purchase? My tuition is about a thousand dollars for a semester, too. I am paying the tuition myself. I never applied for financial aid before. My father can not afford to help everyone.

If a camera equipment required for your program study, yes, education is an expense that is a legitimate use of a student loan. Getting the loan is not related to whether or not you have paid for tuition and quotas. Submit the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov with your details and those of their parents and PIN and contact your school to ensure your information is received later following week. How soon you get your funds will depend on their refund policy, however, to verify that with the financial aid office for dates of contract for payment before the camera and go through all the paperwork.
