Online Photography Art Galleries
How can a person get noticed in the world of art photography?
My mother has some great photography work artistic (see link to your Flickr below), but has not had real luck with the sale of any prints or exhibit their work. It has been requested for use of online galleries, but in vain. I regret to say this but ….. There is nothing special about the shooting on the link that you have. They are shooting thousands and thousands of fans are occurring on a daily basis. To make a successful production and sale of art prints then have to be something that people want on their walls, in other words it should be "special" and these are just not special. If not sold, or if you want to show then you have to wonder why. The reason is almost always one of two things. They are not of a "name" or are not good enough. I'm afraid your mother in both cases. She has to look at some of the sites as http://www.photo.net and take some advice from the work there. Sorry the sound hard, but the sale of photography as "art" is probably one of more difficult areas in and is very fickle. j
