Which is the best camera for tissue culture related photography?
my requirements are-
closer shots( less than 2 cm)
great details
effective photography beyond Glass vessels
my budget is 13-14000 Rs.
Good info above. As to the camera. Nikon and Canon both make good bodies to use so get the best one for your budget AFTER you get the macro lens and the ext. tubes so that you can move in for the size image you need. My exp. tells me you will want the longer macro lens in the 100mm range so that you can still have room for the light to fall on the tissue. Also back lighting the tissue culture, would that be better for you? If so that would be easy to do with a light box made for a flash unit to light up..white foam core, flash shoots into the side of it.. white glass on top if needed under the sample.
