What is a good camera to take pictures of the sunset with?

I am 16 and want to get into the picture. I love taking pictures of the sunset. What is the best camera for that? (which is rediculously prices)

If digital is not necessarily a film SLR with the manual configuration, a tripod, and Fuijifilm Velvia 50 film.
