In US, where do you go to have a professional take your photo?

I live in Atlanta GA. I need head-shots (photos of my face) with certain specifications for passport and other citizenship related applications. Where can I find a professional photographer who provides such a service? Are there any photography studios with this service? I tried Kodak in CVS stores but they are not professionals and they don’t have studios to adjust the lighting, etc of the photos.
