Release Photography
I'm writing a book to be published car, if I take pictures in and around New York, do I need a release?
I'm writing a book about New York is not going to be a big seller, is free to be published but, I would include photos of the city of New York as the Statue of Liberty ferry Staten Island and other points of interest. Do I need to get a signed release? If so, where can I get it and present it to the release? Moreover, if there are other legal matters about photography in New York – I wonder. Thank you.
