Art websites, buying and selling hand made items? ?

I paint a lot however, I wish to sell some as I have many!!
I looked at www.etsy.com but i was wondering if there are any uk based selling or trading sites for arty things?
I was also wondering if anyone knew of the site where you upload your photography which could then be used by a magazine?
